Nurse Advice Line Details -
07716 260 577
It's not always appropriate, or practical, to bring your pet to see the vet just because they seem a bit off-colour or because they are behaving strangely - on the other hand, the last thing we want is for you to be sitting at home worrying.
Therefore, we have an Advice Line for you to call, generally between 11am and 4pm, Monday to Thursday, to discuss any niggly concerns you may have about your pet, or to ask for routine pet care advice.
The Advice Line is run by our nurses, who are highly experienced in small animal health care and fully qualified to advise you on any concerns you may have.
Please note if you suspect that your pet has been injured, is in shock or needs urgent attention, please contact the surgery as usual and not the Advice Line.

We have acquired some of the Hills Veterinary Essentials range of cat foods (kitten, adult and mature) at 25% off per bag. This offer will continue whilst stocks last. - 15th February 2011
We have altered our pricing policy slightly. 1st/2nd/3rd consultation fees have gone to be replaced by a 'consultation' fee. This is at an average price, taking into account the number of different fees charged. The first visit is slightly less, subsequent visits slightly more. We were seeing 1st visits at around a 3:1 ratio compared to 2nd and 3rd. A more simplified fee structure we believe will benefit everyone.
We plan on holding an informal 'client group' in the near future to discuss future projects, current policies, fees etc. This will be by invitation only but if you want to get involved please contact us - 26th January 2011
