We are a very small team based on the one site in Woburn Sands.  The practice started with one vet and one nurse and has grown rapidly. We know many of our clients by name and our patients as friends. When you visit the practice you will be seen by somebody from the list below, the only time this changes is when we occasionally have locums for holiday cover.

The Team

Robert Lorrimore BVetMed CertGP(SAP) MRCVS
Partner and full time veterinary surgeon.  Graduated from University of London and responsibility includes the clinical direction within the practice.  Postgraduate qualification from the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies.

Cassia Lorrimore BVetMed MRCVS
Partner and part time veterinary surgeon.  She qualified from the University of London and responsibility includes nurse training. Cassia is the A1 assessor within the practice.

Rebecca Howell BVSc MRCVS
Rebecca joined us in March 2010 as a full time veterinary surgeon. She graduated from the University of Liverpool and has previously worked at a small animal practice in St Albans. Her areas of interest include internal medicine and dentistry.

Michael Swannell RVN
Mike joined us in July 2008 as a registered and qualified veterinary nurse.  He qualified at a practice in London and has returned to Woburn Sands to take up the head nurse position at this practice.

Laura Austin BA
Laura joined us in June and will be starting VN training in September 2008.  She will be attending the college of animal welfare once a week and spending the rest of her time at the practice.

Vicky Randell
Vicky is our part time practice manager. She has been working informally with us over the past two years and joined the team officially in September 2006

Heather Brown
Heather joined us November 2009 as our new part time receptionist. She is settling in well and starting to get to grips with the multitude of skills required to work within our small team.  She has previous reception experience including the Woburn Surgery, some people may recognise her.
